QuantumX Digital Dynamic (4)

4-channel high-dynamic digital module of the QuantumX

family;

Supports the following transducer

technologies:

• - Digital high resolution frequency input (i.e. HBM torque flange);
• - Pulse counter, encoder;
• - Passive inductive rotational speed sensor (AC coupled pickups);
• - Pulse width modulated signals (PWM);
• - Real-Time Calculation: Torsional

Vibration Analysis;

The following applies for each channel:

• - Data rate: max. 100 kS/s (signal bandwidth: 20 kHz);
• - All inputs galvanically isolated;
• - Digital low pass filter: Bessel, Butterworth;
• - TEDS support: automatic sensor identification;
• - Sensor supply: 5...24 V, 0.7 W (Module: 2 W);
• - Socket: DSubHD-15;

General:

• - 1 x Ethernet with PTP support;
• - 2 x FireWire;
• - Voltage supply: 10...30 V DC, max. 9 W;
• - Factory calibration data in accordance with

DIN/ISO 10012 saved on the device (generate

certificate using MX Assistent)

Note: Module cannot supply torque shafts with power.
