TF 1800 เป็นเครื่องสำหรับถอดและใส่อุปกรณ์ประเภท BGA, CSP และ SMD ประเภทอื่นๆ ที่มีความละเอียด เป็นเครื่องที่ทำงานร่วมกับ Computer และ Software
พร้อมมีกล้องสำหรับตรวจความแม่นยำก่อนจะทำงานถอดหรือใส่อุปกรณ์

- สามารถใช้กับ PCB ขนาดใหญ่สุดถึง 305mm x 305mm

- VOS Zoom Capability : Up to 240x zoom capability
- Temperature : Top Heater 100 °C - 400 °C (212 - 750 °F),
- Bottom Heater 100 °C - 221 °C (212 - 430 °F)
